Return & Exchange Policy
Return Period
- Full-Priced Items: Return for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receipt.
- Sale Items: Eligible for store credit only (no refunds) within 7 days of receipt.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original condition, with tags attached, and unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Include all original packaging, including garment bags.
- Items with tags stating “Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned” are not returnable if the tag is removed.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Customer Responsibility:
- Return shipping costs and risks are the customer's responsibility.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Use a trackable shipping method—Alma Gray Ltd is not responsible for lost packages.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can address the issue.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once your return is approved, place a new order.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
- Bank processing times may vary.
