Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Period

  • Full-Priced Items: Return for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receipt.
  • Sale Items: Eligible for store credit only (no refunds) within 7 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition, with tags attached, and unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Include all original packaging, including garment bags.
  • Items with tags stating “Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned” are not returnable if the tag is removed.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Customer Responsibility:

  • Return shipping costs and risks are the customer's responsibility.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Use a trackable shipping method—Alma Gray Ltd is not responsible for lost packages.

How to Start a Return

  • If approved, return instructions will be provided.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can address the issue.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once your return is approved, place a new order.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Bank processing times may vary.
